The Circus Quirkus perfomers put on a spectacular show last Monday night at the Kings and Queens Performing Arts Centre.
We had more than 250 spectators at each performance, so nearly full both times, and the crowd thoroughly enjoyed it. The performers were just great, and lots of people stayed to get a photo with them - and the excited kids and parents leaving after it was all done made it all worth while.
Thanks to a large number of sponsors, all of the costs of the circus were covered and Dunedin Rotary gets to give our share to a worthy cause (this year it is Dunedin Mens Shelter and Rotary Park).
The Club has been involved with Circus Quirkus for a long time now, and hopefully we will continue into the future.
