Sunday was a lovely day for a bush walk on the Ross Creek tracks - with the added bonus of stopping every 50 metres or so to deploy a bait station in the "War Against Wasps"Eight of our members participated, joining teams from all local (Dunedin & Mosgiel) Rotary clubs for the project coordinated by Robert Gale (Dunedin South), and postponed from last week because of inclement weather predictions, and observed feeding patterns of the target species. Stage 2 occurs next Sunday - the retrieval of the (hopefully) empty bait stations.
