Members are encouraged to attend Thursday lunch meetings whenever they can. They are an opportunity for fellowship, to hear interesting speakers, and to catch up with our Club activities.

 

 

 

There will be Special General Meeting of the club, at club lunch meeting on 4th April 2024. The meeting is to consider a possible change to the Deeds of the five trusts that would provide more flexibility and consistency around audit and review.  
The resolution is:
That the club agrees that the deeds of the five trusts be amended by deleting related clauses, if any, and replacing them with the following
“Each year the Trustees must review the annual accounts for the Trust and may decide, in their absolute discretion, whether the financial statements should be audited or reviewed by:
A qualified auditor in accordance with the applicable auditing and assurance standards; or some other suitably qualified and experienced person
