Grant and President Lisa helping out at the combined Rotary Clubs planting at Panpac in Milburn last Saturday 1st September 2018.
All trees planted result in a donation per plant to the Sinclair Wetlands.
Continuing on from a successful ‘plant out’ in September 2017 where almost 500 native trees and shrubs were planted by Rotary we have been active again – with a slight twist! This time at Panpac which is a new timber mill in Milburn; 8,000 native plants are being planted around the factory perimeter in an effort to offset loss of wetlands, provide habitat, benefit water quality, beautify the area/provide visual and sound barrier to SH1.
